Romney's op-ed is nothing but a power grab. He is trying to assert himself as the new leader of the Bush wing of the party. W is content with painting sagebrush and Jeb is... we he's Jeb. Romney will take the reins of the money of the US Chamber of Commerce and will be forming a formidable superPAC. The Uniparty lives on!

In one year you went from "I didn't vote for Trump!" into unwavering cult like blind devotion... C'mon- youre aware of that right? Sometimes you gotta stop and question yourself...

The Psychology Behind Donald Trump's Unwavering Support
Research explains why Donald Trump maintains support despite shockingly unamerican behavior.

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog ... ng-support

The Dunning-Kruger effect explains that the problem isn’t just that they are misinformed; it’s that they are completely unaware that they are misinformed. This creates a double burden.

Studies have shown that people who lack expertise in some area of knowledge often have a cognitive bias that prevents them from realizing that they lack expertise. As psychologist David Dunning puts it in an op-ed for Politico, “The knowledge and intelligence that are required to be good at a task are often the same qualities needed to recognize that one is not good at that task — and if one lacks such knowledge and intelligence, one remains ignorant that one is not good at the task. This includes political judgment.” Essentially, they’re not smart enough to realize they’re dumb."

been sayin it all along..John..you're a know it all- You read some crazy shit that resonates with you, and you won't budge off of it even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary...Those kinds of people are terrible people to be around.. There can be no reasobale debate or even simple disagreements with those kinds of people. You might as well be talkin to a wall- And I need to realise that i'm really wasting my time here... even though I really feel like "i'm pokin the bear" here and not really trying to educate and change minds.. I'm fully aware that i'm not ever gonna change any minds here

uhm and none of that has anything to do with what I said you doofus. I was talking about Romney, not Trump you buffoon! I know you have become a Romney lover lately but try to contain yourself!

Hate him, that was the point... Trump makes a “looter” and “corporate raider” somehow look good?

My point was that when daddy Bush died, he left a vacuum that needed to be filled as leader of the "New World Order" globalist uniparty drones. W is too stupid and Jeb is just not a leader so Romney is stepping in. Jumping on an anti-globalist is the initiation. Mark my words - he'll run against Trump in 2020 or will fund a challenger. It's simple. Trump is a nationalist - the opposite of globalism. He is backing antiglobalists all over the world. Romney is a globalist.

Thanks for making my points... You're too dumb and ignorant of history to understand why thats a bad thing... It doesn't allow for dissent, and dissent is the highest form of patriotism. You might as well have said "Trump is a Fascist" but you know thats a bad word...

Quote:
Nationalism is a political, social, and economic ideology and movement characterized by the promotion of the interests of a particular nation,[1] especially with the aim of gaining and maintaining the nation's sovereignty (self-governance) over its homeland. Nationalism holds that each nation should govern itself, free from outside interference (self-determination), that a nation is a natural and ideal basis for a polity,[2] and that the nation is the only rightful source of political power (popular sovereignty).[1][3] It further aims to build and maintain a single national identity—based on shared social characteristics such as culture, language, religion, politics, and belief in a shared singular history[4][5][page needed]—and to promote national unity or solidarity.[1] Nationalism, therefore, seeks to preserve and foster a nation's traditional culture, and cultural revivals have been associated with nationalist movements.[6] It also encourages pride in national achievements, and is closely linked to patriotism.[7][page needed] Nationalism is often combined with other ideologies, such as conservatism (national conservatism) or socialism (socialist nationalism) for example.[2]

Educate yourselves, lets not repeat history over and over and over again.. Were are not that stupid, are we?

Nationalism: Back Again Like a Bad Dream
https://www.forbes.com/sites/edfuller/2 ... 60073a4636

As I think about global events over the past 30 years, I feel a sense of déjà vu. We’ve been down this road before. The economic collapse and political instability caused by the onerous armistice terms of the First World War led to the rise of Fascism in Europe 20 years later. Fascism was an ideology that glorified the military, denounced international organizations and cooperation and considered war an acceptable means for achieving national goals. Ultimately, these beliefs led to World War II. Another contributor was the Great Depression that decimated the economies of Europe and the US, thus paving the way for the emergence of the Nazi Fascists in Germany and a military clique to take power in Japan. Contributing to the Great Depression was the Smoot-Hawley Tariff of 1930. It was enacted to protect American companies. Instead of helping, it hurt business. The tariff charged a high tax for foreign imports with the unintended consequence of less trade taking place and some countries retaliating economically against the US … And so it goes.

Nationalism’s objective of having all citizens of the nation identify with the same culture, among other criteria. This is accomplished by standardizing the language, education, legal codes, media, and so on.

No thanks guys.. I don't want to live in a standardized country, I don't want to be required to think a certain way, I wanna live in a free country where I can express my thoughts freely

GAG is such a Chicken Little. President Trump will not make America into a nationalistic dictatorship. Still have 90% of reporters and talk show hosts obsessed with bringing him down. Dozens of new, radical, House Democrats were sworn in today and they will pester him until the end of his term.

Romney is so irrelevant. No one likes him. This will help Trump.
