Unicast video streaming is already about 1/2 of internet traffic, and is probably going to grow even faster with future HD, ultra 4k, and on demand content everywhere including mobile. It seems like an inefficient system to get massive amounts of video data to the masses compared to the broadcast signal tech of the past. It isn't going to be free or cheap.
